Due to problems with Boolean phrasing, I had to retreat from Expert Search back to Advanced Search. It turned out that a simple AND search, setting aside the issues with the term "web-based," was effective. This is the search:

Although an unwieldy number of results were retrieved, the relevancy algorithm that ScienceDirect uses is effective at putting the kind of hits I need at the top of this list. I stopped my searching at this point in order to investigate the results I had retrieved.
